During much of the remainder of the quarter, and well into the second quarter, many social studies' objectives will be integrated with our reading and writing objectives. We will begin our journey through American history with early Native Americans and explorers. We have concluded our second week of taking notefacts. These notefacts will be due November 20th.
Our new science unit is climate and weather, and that is exactly our goal for the week. We will discuss the difference between weather and climate. We will also look at climates within North America. This ties in beautifully with our Native American research.
